  • Wow, its hard to believe this trip is already over.  The past few weeks have been a blur of blessings… seeing friends, visiting fellowships, intense times of prayer, fun games with the family, and a whole lot of American food.  Its been great!  I gotta praise God for all of it.    I’m ready to go back though.  I miss the kids.  And its time for the next phase… really learning Korean, building the orphanage ministry, and preparing for the future.  I’m excited!

Here are some pics of my past week… including seeing different relatives, visiting Tech for an awesome win over Clemson (thanks again for the ticket Paul!), and visiting JMU and speaking at ACF.  My mom joked that its hard to tell whether I’m still in Korea or not, since nearly all my friends are Asian.  Funny mother.  Enjoy the pics!

I lost my voice a little, and had to speak at JMU the next night… woops (but it gotter better in time, phew! )

Another field pic… this might have been my last football game at Tech… it ranked #3 all time behind the hurricane game (Texas A&M) and the upset of Miami… I had a great time!

We even got to run through the players’ tunnel afterwards!!!

Now time for some chicken soup with my parents.  Then a little rest and I’m flying home to the orphanage.  Please pray for my health, I’m worn out and getting a little sick.  I had an awesome trip and I’m thankful for every moment I had with friends and family.  I’m not sure when I’ll be back for another visit, but it will likely be a long while.  So come out and visit me, okay?  God bless you all!
