  • We had a big bazaar at the orphanage a couple weeks ago.  A bunch of the kids helped the staff sell stuff that the orphanage had received through donations but didn’t need.  It was a long day of work, but I had fun working with the kids.  Enjoy the pics…

Our kimchi making days (called Kimjang) are scheduled for November 22 and 23.  That means once again I will not only be eating kimchi on Thanksgiving Day, I will be MAKING IT.  Its so ridiculous I want to cry.  Feel free to air-mail me some turkey and pumpkin pie.  God bless!

  • ahhahaha i LOVE kimchee…let’s trade…you send the kimchee, i’ll send the turkey.

  • making kimchee… you’re more korean than i am. =] 상록 had a bazaar(?) last Saturday, but it didn’t seem as big as the one you all had. it looks like you all had nicer stuff too.

  • glancing at this entry again, i had a sudden, indescribable urge to ask if you all sold anything… bizarre.
i know, i probably should have kept that to myself, but sometimes we just have to go with our instincts, against our better judgment, no? i was also curious if the Nov. prayer meeting was still on with the Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday. hope you’re doing well in this cold we’re experiencing.

  • dang the kids are so cute…
